Pricing is a Function of Many Issues
Transaction Size: Pricing is significantly different for $25,000 transactions versus $750,000 transactions. Customer Quality: Customers with excellent credit and financial statements deserve and receive lower rates than those customers who have some credit or financial statement problems, including a short time in business. Cost of Money: Money costs are changing all the time. Large leases or financing packages are priced directly proportional to money costs. Small leases are much less sensitive to money costs. The driving cost of a small lease is the cost of setting it up. Term of Lease: Very short or very long leases are somewhat higher priced.
