How We Work
In our first conversation we discuss such topics as what are your goals. What is your capital equipment budget in the short term and the long term? What will the equipment do for you? Who are you financially? We will ask you if you want a lease or a loan. Do you want a lease line to be used over a long period of time, or do you want to secure financing for this one project? We ask about the length of lease you want. Is there anything special you would like, such as a tax lease, seasonal payments or step payments?
In some cases, simply based on this conversation, we will issue a proposal to you to meet your needs. If you like the proposal, we get to work on securing the credit approval.

Document Destruction IndustryIn other cases, you will send in either selected financial highlights or a full financial package. This is usually the best situation if you are in the process of securing a large lease (or lease line). Upon receipt of the financials, I will discuss your needs with the credit officer at the appropriate lessor. The credit officer will tell me if their institution can meet your needs and if so under what terms and conditions. Sometimes, I will discuss the file with two or three different lessors before I find the one who will best meet your needs. You will then receive a proposal that has all the terms and conditions on it. Again, if you agree to the terms and conditions, we will then get started on the approval process.
Repeat Customers:
We keep your file updated in our office. The next time you need equipment, it is a very simple process. You simply discuss your current equipment needs and financing goals. You provide any updated information that is required. You receive a new proposal and we are ready to go. This is where you will really enjoy the benefits of working with Evergreen Financial. We already have the credit application. We already know your corporate story and many of your specific goals. You already know we have experience in successfully securing credit for you. The second time around, it is very simple. It may take less than a few minutes to secure additional credit lines. In the past two years, over 85% of all the customers of Evergreen, have used our services to secure more than one lease and in many cases more than five leases. We do everything we can to make it easy and simple for you.
